There is no “magic pill” or quick fix to create a culture of engagement. It requires a commitment from the top of the organization, and a willingness to include employees at all levels of the organization. Each of the deliverables offered by Verbalocity can stand alone as tools to help build a culture of engagement.
Employee Engagement Survey
In order to determine a benchmark for leadership development, we administer our own online Employee Engagement Survey (ESS) that measures against the Engaged Leadership model, the foundation of the leadership development offered by Verbalocity.
In order to allow leaders to provide their own assessment against the Engaged Leadership model, we offer an online assessment for individual leaders.
360 Degree Assessment Coordination
A critical aspect of ongoing leadership beyond a training session is specific feedback from a 360 degree assessment. We take advantage of the decades of research of The Leadership Circle, and the certification given through CCE (approved by International Coach Federation). With the certification we can administer the Leadership Circle Profile, Manager Edition, Leadership Culture Survey, and Follow-Thru Tool in conjunction with our leadership development initiatives.
Accountability Sessions (Coaching)
To ensure steps are being taken to improve based on feedback from the 360 degree assessment, we schedule monthly Accountability Sessions with leadership development participants.
We offer leadership training based on the leadership platform, Engaged Leadership. While often delivered as a stand-alone event, it also is part of Verbalocity’s leadership development program, Engage!
We offer webinars and tele-seminars when appropriate to build on an existing leadership development program. We recognize that face-to-face meetings are not always practical for reinforcement, and encourage clients to find ways to utilize our webinar and tele-seminar offerings as reinforcement.
We offer keynote speaking services by founder Clint Swindall, a regular speaker at corporate conferences and trade association conventions. Clint has been recognized as a Certified Speaking Professional by the National Speakers Association and the International Federation for Professional Speakers.
The founder of Verbalocity, Clint Swindall, is the author of two leadership books, both published by John Wiley & Sons.
